I usually prepare and present business proposals to clients to convince them of their services and secure a consulting deal.

As a Property consultants i watch out for old and new properties on the market, and responsible for putting properties up for sale usually by advertising and marketing the property on various media and advert channels.

As part of my duties, I conduct research and analysis of the property market to determine areas with increasing demand and profitability.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of government policies and relationship with legal counsels and other consultants to exchange information and expand personal network.

In fulfilling my role, I evaluate the requirements and objectives of clients to identify their needs.
